upgrades. Pin 1.2.3 as the Helm targetRevision; do not use latest.

Status meanings
- Upcoming: release notes are prepared, but the tagged artifacts have not been verified yet.
- Recommended: the published artifacts have been verified and should be used for new installs and upgrades.
- Superseded: a newer verified release replaces this version for normal use.
- Withdrawn: do not install this version; follow the linked replacement guidance.
